Instacart

Challenge:

Instacart, a large scale, technology- based grocery delivery service had the need for a new Customer Experience Center. After conducting a multi- state search, Instacart chose Atlanta due to its robust workforce and attractive economic incentives. They then needed to choose the right office space in Atlanta that would meet all of their needs: space for 400 people, technologically capable, modern build out, “fun” amenities. 


Solution: 

  • Wildmor Advisors conducted a multi- market search around Atlanta to identify the location that best met all of Instacart’s needs

  • Wildmor Advisors and Instacart Team member toured multiple buildings, and ultimately decided on a  41,288 SF white- box sublease in Ponce City Market

  • Conducted Lease negotiations to secure the space 

  • Economic Incentive Negotiation

  • Wildmor Advisors Project Management team worked with  Instacart’s Team to build out the space.
